Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead analysis of infrastructure, platform, operational, and service data to identify performance trends, risks, capacity constraints, and optimization opportunities.
• Develop and maintain infrastructure health, reliability, availability, performance, and capacity KPIs, delivering actionable insights.
• Partner with Infrastructure Engineering, Platform Engineering, Architecture, Operations, SRE, and Tech Leadership teams to drive data-informed decisions for service stability.
