You will build KPIs, enable actionable insights, and partner with Infrastructure Engineering, Platform Engineering, Architecture, Operations, SRE, and Technology Leadership to improve resiliency and service outcomes. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5–6 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with SQL for data analysis.
• Hands-on Python for data analytics and automation.

Responsibilities

• Lead analysis of infrastructure data to identify trends and risks.
• Develop KPIs for health, reliability, and capacity.
• Partner across teams to drive data-informed decisions.
• Provide analytics for infrastructure design and modernization impact.
• Design anomaly detection and root cause analysis methodologies.
• Build scalable analytics with SQL, Python, Alteryx, APIs, and Power BI.
• Analyze telemetry and monitoring data to improve visibility.
• Ensure analytics align with SDLC, governance, security, and release practices.
