Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a skilled Infrastructure Analytics professional to lead data-driven analysis across large-scale enterprise environments. You will develop KPIs, detect anomalies, and collaborate with Engineering and Operations teams to improve resiliency and performance.

The role requires strong SQL and Python skills, experience with Alteryx, APIs, and Power BI, and a focus on observability and service reliability. This is a Denver-based position with on-site expectations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Five to six years of relevant experience.
• Strong expertise in Infrastructure Analytics, Operational Intelligence, Reliability Analytics, Capacity Planning, and Performance Analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead analysis of infrastructure, platform, operational, and service data to identify performance trends, risks, capacity constraints, and optimization opportunities across enterprise technology environments.
• Develop and maintain infrastructure health, reliability, availability, performance, and capacity KPIs with actionable insights.
• Partner with Infrastructure Engineering, Platform Engineering, Architecture, Operations, SRE, and Technology Leadership to drive data-informed decisions for service stability.
• Provide analytical support for infrastructure design and modernization initiatives, evaluating scalability, resiliency, utilization, and cost impacts.
• Design and implement anomaly detection, trend analysis, and root cause investigation methodologies.
