Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Five to six years of relevant experience.
• Strong expertise in Infrastructure Analytics, Operational Intelligence, Reliability Analytics, Capacity Planning, and Performance Analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead analysis of infrastructure, platform, operational, and service data to identify trends, risks, and optimization opportunities.
• Develop and maintain KPIs for infrastructure health, reliability, availability, performance, and capacity.
• Partner with engineering, architecture, operations, and leadership to drive data-informed decisions for service stability and technology outcomes.
• Provide analytical support for infrastructure design and modernization, evaluating scalability, resiliency, and cost impacts.
• Design anomaly detection, trend analysis, and root cause methodologies to identify issues and systemic risks.
• Build scalable analytics solutions using SQL, Python, Alteryx, APIs, and Power BI for repeatable data acquisition and reporting.
