U.S. Bank is seeking an experienced Infrastructure Analytics professional in Charlotte to lead data analyses across enterprise environments.

You will develop KPIs, support reliability initiatives, and partner with Engineering, Architecture, and Leadership to enable data-driven decisions. The role requires advanced SQL and Python, experience with analytics tools (Datadog, Splunk, Dynatrace, New Relic), and the ability to translate findings into business recommendations.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5–6 years of relevant experience in infrastructure analytics.

Mansioni

• Lead analysis of infrastructure and platform data to identify trends and risks.
• Develop and maintain KPIs for health, reliability, and capacity.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Architecture, Operations, and leadership to drive data-driven decisions.
• Provide analytics support for design and modernization initiatives.
• Design anomaly detection and root-cause analysis methodologies.
• Build scalable analytics solutions using SQL, Python, Alteryx, APIs, and Power BI.
• Analyze telemetry and monitoring data to improve visibility into health and usage.
• Ensure analytics work aligns with SDLC, governance, and security standards (GitHub, Azure DevOps).
