U.S. Bank seeks a senior infrastructure analytics professional to lead data-driven insights across enterprise technology. The role focuses on performance, reliability, capacity, and cost opportunities, partnering with engineering and leadership to strengthen service stability and efficiency.

You will build scalable analytics using SQL, Python, Alteryx, APIs, and Power BI, and ensure governance, security, and SDLC alignment while advancing observability across platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5–6 years of relevant experience in infrastructure analytics or similar roles.

Responsibilities

• Lead analysis of infrastructure, platform, operational, and service data to identify trends and risks.
• Develop KPIs for health, reliability, availability, and capacity.
• Partner with multiple engineering and leadership teams to drive data-informed decisions.
• Provide analytical support for infrastructure design and modernization initiatives.
• Design anomaly detection, trend analysis, and root case methodologies.
• Build scalable analytics solutions using SQL, Python, Alteryx, APIs, and Power BI.
• Analyze telemetry and monitoring datasets to improve service visibility.
• Ensure analytics align with SDLC, governance, security, and release practices.
