U.S. Bank is seeking a Senior Infrastructure Analyst to drive analytics across enterprise infrastructure, platform, and operations.

You will define health, reliability, availability, performance, and capacity KPIs, delivering actionable insights to improve resiliency and efficiency. You will collaborate with Infrastructure Engineering, Platform Engineering, Architecture, Operations, and SRE teams to support modernisation initiatives and data-informed decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5-6 years of relevant experience.
• Strong expertise in Infrastructure Analytics, Operational Intelligence, Reliability Analytics, Capacity Planning, and Performance Analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead analysis of infrastructure, platform, operational, and service data to identify performance trends, risks, and optimization opportunities.
• Develop and maintain infrastructure health, reliability, availability, performance, and capacity KPIs.
• Partner with Infrastructure Engineering, Platform Engineering, Architecture, Operations, SRE, and Technology Leadership to drive data-informed decisions.
• Design and implement anomaly detection, trend analysis, and root cause investigation methodologies.
• Build and maintain scalable analytics solutions using SQL, Python, Alteryx, APIs, and Power BI.
