Qualifications

• 10+ years of demonstrable experience in information security, IT, audit or similar senior cybersecurity role.
• Knowledge of risk management, security controls, and incident response.
• Experience with banking/financial regulatory requirements (FFIEC, OCC).
• Leadership, collaboration, and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist the CISO in developing and implementing NTB information security strategy.
• Oversee protection of NTB data and technology assets from threats.
• Develop and update security policies aligned with regulations.
• Identify and mitigate security risks and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate security audits, risk assessments, and incident response processes.
• Collaborate with IT and Infosec teams to embed security across operations.
