Qualifications

• 10+ years of demonstrable experience in Information Security, Information Technology, Audit, or similar senior-level cybersecurity role.
• Familiarity with information security frameworks (NIST, ISO/ISE 27001) and risk management.
• Knowledge of banking compliance and FFIEC requirements.
• Ability to lead and collaborate across teams including IT and IS.
• Experience in developing and updating security policies.

Responsibilities

• Assist the CISO in developing and implementing the NTB information security strategy.
• Oversee protection of NTB data, IP, and technology assets from threats.
• Develop, update, and ensure security policies and procedures align with banking regulations.
• Identify and mitigate security risks to maintain resilience against threats.
• Assist in managing security audits, risk assessments, and incident response processes.
• Collaborate with UKG IT and Infosec to integrate security measures into NTB operations.
• Contribute to security program governance and metrics dashboards.
