Qualifications

• 10+ years of senior information security or IT leadership experience, preferably in banking or finance.
• Knowledge of information security principles, cybersecurity frameworks (NIST, ISO/IEC 27001), risk management, and FFIEC requirements.
• Experience in developing security policies, risk assessments, audits, and regulatory compliance programs.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills across IT, security, and business teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement NTB information security strategy aligned with UKG and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee protection of NTB data, IP, and technology assets from threats.
• Develop, update, and enforce security policies and procedures.
• Identify, prioritize, and mitigate security risks; support audits and examinations.
• Collaborate with IT and Infosec teams to embed security in operations.
• Coordinate security program activities including risk assessments and incident response.
