Job summary

UKG is seeking an Information Security Manager to assist the CISO in developing and implementing bank-level information security aligned with FFIEC and regulatory needs. You will partner with IT, IS, and business teams to enforce policies, risk assessments, and audit readiness across the National Trust Bank (NTB).

The role requires a deep understanding of cybersecurity, governance, and banking regulations, with leadership to drive cross-functional collaboration and security maturity.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in information security, IT, or senior cybersecurity roles (banking/finance preferred).
• Knowledge of security principles, risk management, and IT service controls.
• Experience implementing security strategies and policy programs.
• Familiarity with FFIEC requirements and data privacy laws.

Responsibilities

• Assist the CISO in shaping information security strategy and regulatory alignment.
• Oversee protection of NTB data and assets from threats.
• Develop and update security policies and procedures.
• Coordinate security audits and risk assessments.
