Job summary

UKG NTB seeks an Information Security Manager to assist the CISO in shaping and enforcing security controls for banking operations. You will coordinate with IT, IS, and business teams to align security with FFIEC standards and regulatory requirements.

Lead policy development, risk assessments, audits, and incident response while guiding staff in a fast-paced financial services environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in information security or similar senior role.
• Knowledge of FFIEC, NIST, ISO/ISE 27001 frameworks.
• Experience in banking/regulatory compliance and risk management.
• Ability to develop, update, and enforce security policies.

Responsibilities

• Assist the CISO in developing information security strategy for NTB.
• Coordinate with IT/IS teams and other departments on security initiatives.
• Develop and maintain security policies, risk assessments, and audits.
• Contribute to incident response, disaster recovery, and training.
• Monitor security metrics and support regulatory examinations.
