Job summary

UKG NTB seeks an Information Security Manager to help develop and implement security strategy in alignment with FFIEC and regulatory requirements. You will interface with IT/InfoSec teams, manage risk assessments, audits, incident response, and security policy updates to protect data and technology assets.

The role requires banking/finance domain experience, strong leadership, and the ability to collaborate across departments to embed cyber security into IT and business operations.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of demonstrable experience in Information Security, Information Technology, Audit, or similar senior cybersecurity role.
• Banking/financial sector experience preferred.
• Knowledge of information security principles, frameworks (NIST, ISO/ISE 27001), risk management.
• Data privacy regulations and FFIEC requirements knowledge.
• Experience writing and updating security policies.

Responsibilities

• Assist the CISO in developing and implementing information security strategy for NTB.
• Oversee protection of NTB data, IP, and assets from threats.
• Develop and update security policies, procedures, and protocols.
• Identify and mitigate security risks and support audits and examinations.
• Collaborate with UKG IT/InfoSec to integrate security measures into operations.
• Coordinate security architecture, tools, and monitoring across the organization.
• Create dashboards and reports for security metrics and KPIs.
