Job summary

UKG is seeking an Information Security Manager to support the CISO and lead NTB security initiatives. You will align information security with regulatory requirements, oversee data protection, and coordinate with IT and Infosec teams across the organization.

You will help develop policies, manage audits, and contribute to training and disaster recovery planning, bringing banking-sector experience and a strong policy mindset to the role.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of information security principles, cybersecurity frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO/ISE 27001), risk management.
• Experience implementing security strategies and controls across IT environments.
• Data privacy regulations, banking compliance, FFIEC requirements experience.
• Ability to write and update policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement NTB information security strategy aligned with regulatory requirements.
• Oversee protection of NTB data, IP, and assets from threats.
• Develop/update security policies, procedures, and protocols.
• Identify and mitigate security risks to reduce exposure.
• Manage security audits, compliance assessments, and incident response.
• Coordinate with IT/Infosec to integrate security measures into operations.
• Collaborate with NTB teams to meet compliance and operational goals.
• Contribute to training programs for employees and board awareness.
• Support Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery planning and testing.
• Participate in IT/IS project planning and oversight for NTB.
