Job summary

UKG is seeking an Information Security Manager to support the CISO in implementing information security for UKG National Trust Bank (NTB).

The role interfaces with UKG IT, IS teams, and other departments to develop security policies, update risk assessments, and participate in audits and OCC examinations. It requires banking/financial services experience and a broad cybersecurity background.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Information Security or similar senior role, preferably in banking/finance.
• Knowledge of information security principles, frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001), risk management and IT service principles.
• Experience implementing security strategies and controls, threat monitoring, and audits.

Responsibilities

• Assist the CISO in developing and implementing NTB information security strategy and policies.
• Oversee protection of NTB data and assets from threats; coordinate with IT and IS teams.
• Support risk assessments, incident response, audits, and regulatory examinations.
