Job summary

Salesforce in Chicago is seeking a Success Architect to advise customers on architecture, data integration, and solution design across post-sales engagements. You will work with Customer Success Managers, Professional Services and Product/Engineering teams to craft scalable data solutions.

The role requires deep Informatica MDM expertise, extensive experience with cloud data platforms, and the ability to teach others through technical coaching and compelling proposals.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience with Informatica MDM and related products.
• Expert level knowledge on Informatica MDM with multiple project implementations.
• Experience with Informatica IDMC platform and cloud data architectures.

Responsibilities

• Provide architecture and design, use case development and solution implementation advice.
• Collaborate with Professional Services and Product/Engineering teams for broader services engagements.
• Advise customers and act as a technical coach to colleagues during post-sales engagement.
• Deliver differentiated solution presentations or technical proposals.
• Publish external whitepapers, case studies and architectural blueprints.
