Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a seasoned Success Architect in the United States to deliver architecture and design guidance for Informatica MDM deployments, develop use cases, and steer solution implementations in collaboration with Customer Success and Professional Services teams.

You will evangelize best practices, coordinate with Product/Engineering, and act as a technical coach for colleagues while guiding customers through post-sales engagements in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience with Informatica products in the Business 360 journey including Informatica MDM, Hosted MDM, C360, C360 for Salesforce, etc.
• Experience with Informatica IDMC platform and MDM would be preferable.
• Expert level knowledge on Informatica MDM with multiple projects implementation experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide architecture and design, use case development and solution implementation advice.
• Interact closely with Professional Services and Product/Engineering teams for recommendations to design solutions.
• Serve as a counselor and technical coach to customers and co-workers during post-sales engagements.
