Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) seeks a seasoned Infor WFM functional consultant to lead Time & Attendance and Workforce Scheduling implementations from design through post-launch support in an Atlanta-area project.

Role requires configuring rules, managing complex workforce processes, and collaborating with HR, payroll, SAP, ServiceNow, Kronos, and integration teams. Strong testing leadership and airline/transportation experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Strong functional expertise in Infor WFM, particularly Time & Attendance and Workforce Scheduling.
• Configure business rules, scheduling rules, pay rules, overtime, balances, accruals, and employee roles.
• Understand complex workforce processes, including shift bidding, vacation bidding, schedule changes, qualifications, and union rules.
• Gather requirements and translate them into functional designs and user stories.
• Work with HR, payroll, operations, ServiceNow, SAP, Kronos, and technical integration teams.
• Lead functional testing, UAT, issue analysis, business validation, and user training.
• Experience in airline, transportation, preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead the functional design, configuration, and implementation of Infor WFM solutions, focusing on Time & Attendance and Workforce Scheduling modules.
• Configure and maintain business rules, pay rules, overtime rules, attendance policies, accruals, balances, and security profiles.
• Analyze and support complex workforce management processes, including shift bidding, vacation bidding, schedule optimization, and changes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements into functional specs and user stories.
• Work with HR, Payroll, Operations, ServiceNow, SAP, Kronos, and integration teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Drive workshops, discovery sessions, reviews, and stakeholder discussions.
• Lead SIT/UAT, defect triage, and business validation; support data migration and cutover.
• Provide best-practice guidance on scheduling, compliance, and process improvements.
