Job summary

Intellias, Inc. is seeking a Senior Infor WFM Consultant to lead the design, configuration and implementation of Infor Workforce Management, including time and attendance, scheduling and labor optimization.

You will gather business requirements, map processes, prepare functional specs and configure the system, then conduct testing, UAT, go-live support, training and documentation. The role involves mentoring junior staff and collaborating with client leadership.

Qualifications

• Strong Infor WFM experience, including core modules like time & attendance, scheduling and labor planning.
• Proficiency in business and systems analysis, requirements gathering and process mapping.
• Experience with implementation lifecycle activities: design, configuration, testing, data validation, cutover, training and post-go-live support.
• Understanding of workforce management, HR, payroll and labor compliance concepts.
• Ability to communicate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience in client-facing consulting roles with stakeholder management.
• Bachelors degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business or HR, or equivalent.
• Infor ERP experience or related certifications are a plus.
• Strong problem-solving, attention to detail, and multi-project management.
• Willingness to work on-site in Dallas, TX, with travel to client locations.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, configuration and implementation of Infor WFM solutions.
• Gather requirements, map processes and translate needs into designs.
• Configure core WFM modules: time & attendance, scheduling and labor planning.
• Coordinate testing, data validation, cutover and user training.
• Provide go-live support and post-implementation troubleshooting.
• Mentor junior team members and collaborate with client leadership and stakeholders.
