Job summary

Judge Group, Inc. is seeking a Sr Infor WFM Functional Consultant in Atlanta, GA to lead the configuration and implementation of Infor Workforce Management solutions with emphasis on Time & Attendance and Scheduling.

The role requires strong business rules development, requirements gathering, and collaboration with HR, payroll, and IT teams to deliver end-to-end workforce management capabilities. Competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Experience with Infor WFM Time & Attendance and Workforce Scheduling
• Strong functional expertise in configuring business rules, pay rules, overtime, accruals
• Experience collaborating with HR, payroll, operations and IT/ERP teams

Responsibilities

• Lead the functional design, configuration, and implementation of Infor WFM modules (Time & Attendance, Workforce Scheduling).
• Configure and maintain business rules, attendance policies, accruals, balances, and security profiles.
• Analyze complex workforce management processes, including shift bidding, vacation bidding, and schedule changes.
• Gather requirements and translate them into functional designs, user stories, and solution designs.
• Work with HR, Payroll, Operations, ServiceNow, SAP, Kronos, and integration teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Drive workshops, requirement discovery sessions, solution reviews, and stakeholder discussions.
• Lead SIT, UAT, defect triage, and validation activities.
• Support data migration, cutover planning, deployment, and post-production stabilization.
• Provide guidance on best practices for workforce scheduling and compliance.
• Develop training materials and conduct end-user training sessions.
