Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services is seeking a skilled WFM integration specialist in the United States (Atlanta area). The role focuses on Infor WFM development and extensive integrations using APIs, file-based processing, and data exchange with downstream systems.

You will design interfaces, automate batch jobs, and ensure data accuracy in cloud-based, high-volume WFM environments. Strong problem-solving and collaboration with cross-functional teams are essential.

Qualifications

• Strong experience with Infor WFM and related integrations.
• Proficient in developing and supporting integrations using APIs, HTTPS, SFTP, file-based processing, SQL, XML and JSON.
• Experience with ServiceNow, SAP, Kronos, Ping Identity, Data Lake or ARMS is a plus.
• Ability to design interfaces, reports and WFM enhancements, and troubleshoot data issues and batch jobs.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and support Shift/Vacation Bidding apps via ServiceNow App Engine.
• Build and maintain REST API integrations between ServiceNow and Infor WFM.
• Configure bidding rules, approvals, notifications, and worker workflows per requirements.
• Implement monitoring, reconciliation, and error handling for data exchanges.
• Prepare designs, deployment plans, and support documentation for high-volume environments.
