Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services in the United States (Atlanta) is seeking a skilled Infor WFM developer to design, build, and support integrations and custom interfaces across enterprise systems. You will troubleshoot data issues, implement monitoring, and create deployment plans for production environments.

The role emphasizes cloud-based, high-volume WFM support with a focus on performance and security, including SSO and data integrity. Collaboration with internal teams is essential.

Qualifications

• Strong technical and development experience in Infor WFM.
• Develop and support integrations using APIs, HTTPS, SFTP, flat files, SQL, XML, JSON, and batch processing.
• Support integrations with ServiceNow, SAP, Kronos, Ping Identity, Data Lake, ARMS, and other downstream systems.
• Develop custom interfaces, file-processing components, reports, extracts, and WFM enhancements.
• Troubleshoot interface failures, data issues, batch jobs, security, SSO, and performance problems.
• Implement monitoring, error handling, reconciliation, reprocessing, and operational controls.
• Prepare technical designs, interface mappings, deployment plans, and support documentation.
• Experience supporting cloud-based, high-volume, and business-critical WFM environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and support Infor WFM technical solutions, including custom interfaces, reports, extracts, and enhancements.
• Develop and maintain integrations using APIs, HTTPS, SFTP, SQL, XML, JSON, Flat Files, and Batch Processing.
• Integrate Infor WFM with enterprise systems such as ServiceNow, SAP, Kronos/UKG, Ping Identity, Data Lake, ARMS, and Payroll systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve interface failures, data discrepancies, batch job issues, SSO/security problems, and performance bottlenecks.
• Implement monitoring, alerting, reconciliation, error handling, and reprocessing mechanisms to ensure operational stability.
• Prepare technical design documents, interface mappings, deployment plans, and operational support documentation while supporting production environments.
