Job summary

Neon Rose seeks a Senior Talent Manager to lead a roster of established creators, own brand negotiations, and drive revenue with autonomy. You’ll leverage an in-house platform and a dedicated coordinator to scale deals and opportunities.

In this senior role, you’ll run point on negotiations and deal structure from day one, collaborating with a team that shares pitches, wins, and strategic campaigns across top brands.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience as a Talent Manager at an influencer/entertainment agency.
• Track record of pitching and closing brand deals with measurable revenue.
• Proven ability to recruit creators personally sourced and signed.
• Existing relationships with brands, agencies and platform reps.
• Exceptional organization and follow-through; keeps pitches and creators informed.
• Clear, calm communication with talent and brands, even under pressure.

• Own your roster's revenue with clear, collaboratively set goals.

The Role

As a Senior Talent Manager, you'll lead a roster of established creators, own brand negotiations and drive revenue from a senior seat with real autonomy. You'll have an in-house platform, dedicated coordinator support and a team that pitches together. If you have creators you'd like to bring with you, even better, but we hire first for your pitching, negotiation and recruiting skills.

This is a senior seat with real ownership from day one. We'll onboard you to our platform and processes, and we expect you to run point on negotiations and deal structure from the start.

What You'll Do

• Grow a roster of established, high-performing creators, including any you bring with you and new talent you sign.
• Identify, pitch and sign senior talent through outbound sourcing and warm industry relationships.
• Own your roster's revenue, with clear goals set together.
• Pitch, negotiate and secure high-value brand deals.
• Manage inbound brand inquiries and match them with the right talent.
• Lead client and internal calls as the senior voice in the room.
• Work alongside Talent Coordinators to ensure seamless campaign execution.
• Collaborate with a creative, dedicated team that shares pitches and wins.
• Spot industry trends and platform shifts to keep talent ahead of the curve.

Must Haves

• 5 years experience as a Talent Manager at an influencer, talent or entertainment agency
• A track record of pitching and closing brand deals, with revenue you can speak to and a strong command of rates, usage and exclusivity.
• Proven recruiting: creators you've personally sourced and signed.
• Existing relationships with brands, agencies and platform reps.
• Exceptional organization and follow-through. You track pitches, follow up and keep creators informed.
• Clear, calm communication with talent and brands, including under pressure.
