About Oz Lane Agency

Oz Lane Agency is a boutique influencer marketing strategy and talent management agency specializing in representing digital creators and social media personalities across fashion, beauty, lifestyle, and beyond.

We take a highly personalized, hands-on approach to talent management, working closely with our creators to build long-term careers, develop meaningful brand relationships, and secure strategic partnerships that align with their individual goals.

At Oz Lane, we pride ourselves on our strong industry relationships, collaborative team culture, and commitment to delivering exceptional service to both our talent and brand partners. As a growing agency, we value creativity, initiative, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to identifying new opportunities.

About the Position

We are seeking a highly motivated, organized, and detail-oriented Talent Coordinator to join our growing team. In this role, you will play an integral part in supporting day-to-day talent management operations, coordinating brand partnerships, and assisting with deal execution from start to finish.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about influencer marketing and the creator economy, thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and is eager to gain hands‑on experience within a boutique talent management agency.

The ideal candidate is proactive, resourceful, exceptionally organized, and comfortable managing multiple priorities while maintaining a high standard of communication and client service.

This position will work closely with Oz Lane Agency's Founder and Talent Management team.

Responsibilities

The Influencer Talent Coordinator will support the day-to-day management of our talent roster, execution of brand partnerships, and overall agency operations. This role requires someone who takes initiative, anticipates needs, and ensures seamless communication between creators, brands, and agency partners.

  • Talent Management Support: Assist with the day-to-day management of a roster of digital creators, including talent communications, scheduling, coordination, and administrative support. Help ensure talent feel supported, informed, and prioritized throughout their partnership with the agency.
  • Campaign Management & Execution: Serve as a primary point of contact for brand and agency partners once deals are secured, managing campaigns from kickoff through completion. Responsibilities include coordinating briefs, tracking contracts and deliverables, facilitating concept approvals and feedback, managing content timelines, ensuring timely posting, and coordinating invoicing.
  • Brand Partnerships & Outreach: Support the Talent Management team with proactive brand outreach, personalized pitch development, prospecting, and identifying strategic partnership opportunities. Build and maintain relationships with brand and agency contacts while continuously identifying new opportunities for our talent roster.
  • Talent Roster & Agency Materials: Maintain and update talent rosters, pitch decks, media kits, and internal databases, ensuring creator information, audience insights, performance metrics, and brand partnership history remain accurate and current.
  • Campaign & Deal Tracking: Maintain organized records of active partnerships, contracts, deliverables, campaign performance, and deal trackers. Proactively monitor deadlines, outstanding approvals, and next steps to ensure campaigns run efficiently.
  • Gifting & Event Coordination: Manage inbound and outbound gifting opportunities, event invitations, RSVPs, and related communications on behalf of talent. Help identify relevant industry events, brand experiences, and networking opportunities.
  • Industry Research & Trend Monitoring: Stay informed on emerging creators, social media trends, brand activity, and developments within the influencer marketing industry. Proactively research brands and identify opportunities aligned with individual talent positioning and growth strategies.
  • Social Media & Content Support: Assist with maintaining Oz Lane Agency's social media presence, highlighting talent achievements, brand partnerships, and agency milestones as needed.
  • General Agency Support: Collaborate with the Founder and Talent Management team on special projects, business development initiatives, and evolving agency priorities.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Previous experience in a coordinator or assistant role at a talent management agency, influencer marketing agency, or related industry strongly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of influencer marketing, brand partnerships, social media platforms, and the creator economy.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns, priorities, and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to draft polished, professional emails and communicate confidently with talent, brands, and industry partners.
  • A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to anticipate needs, take ownership of responsibilities, and follow through without constant oversight.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, emotional intelligence, and professionalism when managing relationships with creators and brand partners.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while remaining highly communicative, responsive, and collaborative.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Slides) and familiarity with influencer marketing tools and social media analytics.
  • Adaptability, discretion, and a willingness to take on evolving responsibilities within a growing agency.
  • Genuine enthusiasm for fashion, beauty, lifestyle, and the brands and creators shaping these industries.
  • Hybrid Work Environment: Enjoy the flexibility of working remotely while collaborating closely with a New York-based team.
  • Hands-On Industry Experience: Gain meaningful exposure to all aspects of influencer talent management, from brand partnership development and negotiations to campaign execution and talent strategy.
  • Professional Development & Career Growth: Work directly with experienced agency leadership and gain mentorship, hands‑on training, and opportunities for advancement as the agency continues to grow.
  • Industry Access & Networking: Build relationships with leading brands, agencies, creators, and industry professionals through partnerships, events, and networking opportunities.
  • Collaborative & Entrepreneurial Culture: Join a close-knit, ambitious team where initiative, accountability, fresh ideas, and a strong work ethic are valued.
