Job summary

Dulcedo is seeking a Team Manager to oversee a dynamic team of agents, drive growth, and uphold a high-performance culture in the creator space. You will coach, mentor, and align the team with leadership priorities, while building a pipeline of top talent and supporting career development.

You will lead 1:1s, conduct performance reviews, and collaborate with directors on strategic opportunities. A passion for mentoring and influencer space is essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in talent management or influencer marketing.
• Experience leading, mentoring, or supporting junior team members.

You will oversee a team of agents, help them grow in confidence and performance, and play a direct role in continuing to shape our healthy, dynamic and high‑performing culture. You will:

• Lead, coach, and mentor a small team, helping each individual grow in performance, confidence, and accountability
• Hold regular 1:1s with team members to provide guidance, feedback, support, and strategic direction
• Partner closely with Associate Directors and leadership to align on priorities, performance, team needs, and business opportunities
• Take an active role in building your team through recruitment, selection, onboarding, and training, ensuring new hires are set up for long‑term success
• Lead performance reviews, support goal‑setting, and help create development plans tailored to each team member
• Continue representing talent directly and contributing to sales performance, while leading by example

What You Bring

Ideally, you have around 5+ years of experience in talent management or influencer marketing and experience leading, mentoring, or supporting more junior team members, formally or informally.
