Job summary

HP is seeking a Customer Success Engineer for Industry Solutions in the US. You will own long-term technical relationships with key Retail and Industrial customers, communicating with HP engineering and customer counterparts to resolve issues and articulate HP’s delivery approach.

You will lead multi-disciplinary teams, manage schedules, budgets, and resources, and drive innovations while mentoring less experienced staff. This is a full-time on-site role with travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Typically 7-10 years in engineering development, project planning, or leadership.

Responsibilities

• Manages and leads multi-function programs to drive development and implementation.
• Oversees logistics of parts for builds and prototypes across projects.
• Develops schedules, deliverables, budgets, and resource plans for programs.
• Directs internal teams and partners; adjusts plans to meet requirements.
• Ensures compliance, safety, and adherence to roadmaps and budgets.
• Communicates program progress and escalations to stakeholders; drives improvements.
• Follows up on open items from trials and translates to actionable tasks.
• Drives innovation and integration of new technologies and quality initiatives.
• Promotes best practices through documentation control and mentoring.
