Job summary

Hewlett Packard Enterprise is seeking a Success Service Manager Graduate to serve as an advocate for post-sales account support coordination. You will work with customers and internal teams to implement HPE Customer Support, expedite critical resolutions, and manage escalations across technical and non-technical areas.

The role requires travel up to 15% and a solid foundation in networking, customer success principles, and strong communication. Onsite work from an HPE office is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience in supporting Service Provider or Enterprise networks (cloud provider/ hyperscaler a plus).
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Broad knowledge in one or more technical areas such as routing, switching, data center, or network management.

Responsibilities

• Lead regular conference calls to discuss status of open cases and customer network plans.
• Coordinate quarterly meetings to review performance, trends, and progress.
• Develop understanding of how HPE products are used and communicate findings to drive issues within HPE.
