You will own cases from initial contact through resolution, handling inbound calls and customer emails, while accurately documenting CRM interactions. Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework preferred.
• Typically 5+ years in customer service, contact center, or related roles.
• Experience with high-volume inbound calls and post-order support is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answer and manage a high-volume inbound customer phone queue.
• Take ownership from initial contact to resolution, escalating as needed.
• Provide post-order support for returns, exchanges, credits, and taxes.
• Document CRM interactions accurately and maintain case ownership.
• Collaborate with Sales, Logistics, and other internal teams to resolve issues.
• Mentor peers and contribute to training and process improvements.
