• Experience creating content across the funnel—from thought leadership to sales playbooks.
• Comfort presenting on stage and coaching executives with scripts for keynotes.
• Ability to work independently with executives in a matrixed org.
• Hands-on with AI tools in marketing; Claude Code, Slack Skills, and Gemini required.

Responsibilities

• Strategy: develop go-to-market plans for Financial Services to drive pipe and ACV.
• Messaging: craft messaging and narrative for Salesforce platform including AI capabilities.
• Content: create ebooks, data sheets, thought leadership content, demo videos, and sales assets.
• Customer Engagement: engage with customers and executives to develop success stories.
• Stakeholder Alignment: navigate a matrixed org and align across levels.
• Event Narrative & Storytelling: own sessions from content strategy to on-stage delivery.
• Website: own industry pages and update messaging using data.
