Job summary

Salesforce is seeking an experienced Senior Industry Product Marketing Manager to join our Financial Services team. You will shape and execute go-to-market plans, develop impactful messaging, and drive AI-enabled marketing initiatives to accelerate pipe and customer adoption.

You will partner with Sales, Industry Advisors, and Product to deliver compelling content, events, and digital experiences that showcase Salesforce's value in banking, wealth management, and insurance, while leveraging AI

Qualifications

• 7+ years of product marketing or related experience, ideally in SaaS or enterprise technology.
• Working knowledge of the Financial Services industry—banking, wealth and asset management, and insurance.
• A track record of turning market and competitive signals into positioning, messaging, and go-to-market plans.
• Experience developing content across the funnel—from thought leadership to sales playbooks.
• Comfort presenting on stage and coaching other speakers, including executives.
• Proven ability to work independently with executives and cross-functional teams.
• Scrappy and comfortable with ambiguity; strong executive presence.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools in a marketing context; Claude Code, Slack Skills, Gemini required.
• Bias toward building and testing AI-assisted workflows.

Responsibilities

• Strategy: develop go-to-market plans for the Financial Services industry leveraging market signals and data.
• Messaging: craft positioning and narrative for Salesforce platform including agentic AI capabilities.
• Content: create compelling, jargon-free content for ebooks, datasheets, thought leadership, demos.
• Customer Engagement: develop customer stories and event content with executives as speakers.
• Stakeholder Alignment: coordinate across Sales, Product, Industry Advisors, and marketing peers.
• Event Narrative & Storytelling: own session content from strategy to delivery at Salesforce events.
• Website: manage industry pages with updated messaging and performance data.
• Webinars: produce engaging content for the webinar channel.
• AI: drive AI projects to improve team workflows and outcomes.
