The role focuses on delivering value across metals, mining, energy, manufacturing and financial services sectors.

Based anywhere in the US, you will work with industrial clients to transform safety culture, processes and performance while traveling extensively to client sites and regional offices.

Qualifications

• Excellent analytical, problem solving and communication skills for stakeholder satisfaction.
• Willing to travel and work on client sites as required.

Responsibilities

• Work across industry sectors with consultants and SMEs to improve clients' operational capabilities.
• Involve in all aspects of client projects from day 1: structure, prepare, and join key client interactions.
• Contribute to safety leadership, culture, and risk management through training and coaching programs.
• Deliver assessments, design and deliver training, and develop risk and safety systems.
• Facilitate workshops, provide technical advice, and develop risk systems.
• Manage projects with planning, governance and risk oversight.
