As a Principal in Industrials & Manufacturing, you will lead senior client relationships, shape and close major engagements, and drive transformational programs from the boardroom to the plant floor, with 80% travel and accountability for growth, delivery quality, and EBITDA improvements.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in management consulting and/or senior manufacturing leadership.
• Proven success selling and leading consulting engagements with annual sales targets.
• Established C-suite and senior operations network within industrial manufacturing, consumer goods, pharmaceuticals, and/or building products.
• Experience leading large-scale safety, operational excellence, and performance transformations with measurable results.
• Willingness to travel 80%+.

Lead the Work

• Serve as the accountable executive on multiple transformation programs, owning client outcomes, commercial performance, and delivery quality.
• Lead complex situations including operational turnarounds, serious incidents, restructuring, and post-acquisition integration.
• Deliver measurable improvements across safety, EBITDA, throughput, quality, reliability, and productivity.
• Recruit, coach, and develop Managers and Senior Managers.

Job Requirements

What You Bring

• 15+ years of experience in management consulting and/or senior manufacturing leadership.
• Partner, Director, or equivalent consulting experience and/or significant P&L or plant leadership experience.
• Proven success personally selling and leading consulting engagements, with annual sales targets.
• An established C-suite and senior operations network within industrial manufacturing, consumer goods, pharmaceuticals, and/or building products.
• Experience leading large-scale safety, operational excellence, and performance transformations with measurable results.
• Turnaround, restructuring, and/or M&A integration experience.
• Strong knowledge of Operational Excellence, Lean/Six Sigma, safety management systems, and large-scale change.
• Strong executive presence with credibility in both the boardroom and on the plant floor.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, or a related field; MBA strongly preferred.
• Willingness to travel 80%+.
