Job summary

Arcadis is seeking a Principal Industrial Water Wastewater Consultant to join Arcadis’ Industrial Water Treatment and Optimization (IWTO) team as a “seller/doer”. This heavily client-facing technical position will be key to our growth in the Mining sector in the US.

The Principal Water Wastewater Consultant will drive client engagement, identify opportunities, prepare proposals, and lead technical designs for industrial water and wastewater projects in mining.

Qualifications

• BS degree in Environmental, Civil, Chemical, or Mechanical Engineering.
• 20+ years in industrial water/wastewater treatment.
• Experience across engineering, project management, sustainability, sales, and mining.

Responsibilities

• Lead proposals and client meetings to win projects.
• Perform conceptual and detailed process design for water/wastewater in mining.
• Mentor staff and coordinate multi-disciplinary teams.
