Job summary

Arcadis is seeking a Principal Industrial Water Wastewater Consultant to join our IWTO team in the US. This seller/doer role focuses on mining sector opportunities, blending client development with hands-on process design for industrial water and wastewater projects.

You will lead proposals, manage client relationships, and mentor staff while collaborating with Arcadis locations across the US and internationally. Preferred location in the Southwest/West.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Environmental, Civil, Chemical, Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 20+ years in industrial water/wastewater treatment.
• Experience across engineering, project management, sustainability, sales/marketing, and mining.

Responsibilities

• Lead business development activities in the US mining sector.
• Lead design and execution of industrial water and wastewater treatment projects.
• Coordinate multi-disciplinary engineering teams on complex projects.
• Serve as SME in mining sector wastewater treatment and mentor staff.
