Job summary

Caterpillar Inc. is seeking an experienced maintenance technician for second/third shift in Missouri. You will aggressively reduce downtime through preventive maintenance, logs, and oil analysis across CNC, welding, and robotics equipment.

Expect hands-on electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic troubleshooting, reading schematics, and installing new manufacturing equipment. Overtime opportunities and merit in pay are available.

Qualifications

• Industrial Maintenance degree or equivalent or six years related experience.
• Strong knowledge of electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Experience with PM programs and machine downtime reduction.

Responsibilities

• Utilize PM as the proactive means of controlling machine up/down time.
• Organize and document log out / tag out procedures.
• Manage oil analysis program for all required equipment.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment.
• Interpret blueprints and schematics for CNC/welding machinery and robots.
• Install and commission new manufacturing equipment.
