Qualifications

• Industrial Maintenance degree or equivalent from two year college or technical school or six years related experience
• Strong knowledge of electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems
• Experience with PLCs and robotic controls is preferred

Responsibilities

• Utilize PM as the proactive means of controlling machine up/down time
• Organize and document log out / tag out procedures
• Manage oil analysis program for all required equipment
• Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic equipment
• Interpret blueprints and schematics for CNC machines and related equipment
• Install new manufacturing equipment and ensure proper integration
