Job summary

Caterpillar Inc. in Boonville, MO seeks a skilled industrial maintenance professional for the HPMP facility on 3rd shift (11:00pm - 7:30am). Starting pay is $29.05 with a $1 shift premium.

The role leads and trains technical staff to implement preventive maintenance and improve machine uptime while adhering to safety standards. Candidate must diagnose and troubleshoot electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems, read blueprints, and support PLC/CNC controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead and train technical employees to utilize preventive maintenance as the proactive means of controlling machine up/down time.
• Follow proper safety guidelines and demonstrate lockout/tagout.
• Perform routine oil filtration / oil removal and filter change on all equipment at the HPMP Facility.
• Practice Oil Analysis Management for all required equipment.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment.
• Troubleshoot PLC control of CNC machines and interpret schematics.
• Maintain PM programs and timely PM tasks.
