Job summary
Advanced Technology Services is seeking a Senior Industrial Maintenance Technician in Illinois to maintain and repair essential manufacturing equipment. Responsibilities include expert break-fix and preventative maintenance, troubleshooting control systems, and leading CI initiatives.
Ideal candidates will have expertise in electrical, mechanical, and fluid power systems, with vibration analysis or precision alignment experience.
Qualifications
- High School Graduate or equivalent (GED).
- Associate degree with a Technical focus; or 7 years of industry experience.
- Experience in predictive technologies and maintenance of process equipment.
- Understands electrical, mechanical, fluid power and control systems.
Responsibilities
- Performs expert level break-fix and preventative maintenance.
- Identifies and sources parts, supplies and repair items as necessary.
- Leads, drives and participates in CI activities to improve cost and reliability.
- Trains and assists lower level technicians and project teams.
- Troubleshoots and analyzes complex control systems and software/hardware issues.
- Updates CMMS history and reviews equipment performance data.
