Job summary

Advanced Technology Services in the United States is seeking an experienced maintenance professional to ensure factory reliability and uptime. The role requires expert break-fix, preventive maintenance, and design of mechanical/electrical improvements, with leadership in continuous improvement projects.

You will troubleshoot complex control systems, apply predictive technologies such as vibration analysis and infrared methods, and maintain CMMS records.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Associate degree with technical focus or 7+ years in the industry; or 10+ years of related experience.
• Proficient in predictive technologies including vibration analysis or laser interferometer operations.
• Understands electrical, mechanical, fluid power and control systems; capable of analysis and repair.
• Must be able to use hand tools and specialized tools as appropriate.
• May be required to travel.
• Follows 5S and housekeeping standards.

Responsibilities

• Performs expert level break-fix and preventive maintenance and designs mechanical/electrical improvements.
• Programs, troubleshoots and analyzes complex control systems for software/hardware issues.
• Utilizes predictive equipment and interprets results for maintenance planning and reliability.
• Leads CI activities and implements cost-saving improvements.
• Maintains CMMS records and supports cost analyses for equipment and proposals.
• Trains and coaches less proficient technicians; may assume project manager duties.
• Follows safety policies and site guidelines.
