Job summary

Advanced Technology Services is seeking an experienced maintenance technician to perform expert level break-fix and preventative maintenance on complex industrial equipment. You will identify parts, source materials, and review CMMS logs to optimize reliability, while leading continuous improvement activities and responding to on-call emergencies.

Qualifications

Knowledge and experience of boiler systems, ammonia and Freon chillers, air compressors, glycol and AHU cooling systems.
Ability to perform mechanical, plumbing, piping, and basic electrical repairs.
Maintain accurate maintenance logs and documentation in CMMS.
Conduct routine preventive maintenance, including inspections and tuning.
Support wastewater treatment equipment and potable water systems.

Responsibilities

Performs expert level break-fix and preventative maintenance on complex equipment.
Identifies and sources parts, supplies, and repair items; evaluates alternatives for cost/reliability.
Independently performs maintenance per industry standards.
Leads CI activities and supports project teams with training.
Updates CMMS records and reviews equipment history.
Participates in on-call rotation for emergency repairs.
