Job summary

Advanced Technology Services is seeking a maintenance professional to perform expert level break-fix and preventative maintenance in a manufacturing setting. The role involves locating root causes, repairing components, and testing machine tools to ensure optimal operation.

The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, fluid power and control systems, with experience in vibration analysis or laser interferometer operations. Willingness to travel is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or equivalent (GED).
• Associates degree with a Technical focus and 5 years of related experience in specific industry; or, 7 years of experience in specific industry.

Responsibilities

• Performs expert level break-fix and preventative maintenance, including locating root cause and repairing defective parts.
• Identifies and sources parts and repair items; evaluates alternatives for cost and reliability.
• Leads, drives and participates in CI activities using CI tools and methodology.
• Troubleshoots and analyzes complex control systems to resolve software/hardware issues.
