Job summary

Advanced Technology Services (ATS) is seeking an experienced industrial maintenance professional to keep manufacturing lines running efficiently in the East Peoria area. The role emphasizes predictive maintenance, precision alignments, and proactive problem solving to minimize downtime.

The ideal candidate has an associates degree (technical) or equivalent experience, strong electrical/mechanical knowledge, and the ability to train teammates.

Qualifications

• Associates degree with a technical focus and 5 years of related experience; or 7 years in the industry.
• Experience in predictive technologies, precision alignments, and maintenance of applicable process equipment.
• Understanding electrical, mechanical, fluid power and control systems; able to analyze problems and perform repairs.

Responsibilities

• Perform expert level break-fix and preventative maintenance to locate root causes.
• Identify and source parts and repair items; evaluate alternatives for cost or reliability improvements.
• Setup and operate machining operations and perform welding as needed.
• Lead CI activities and train/assist lower level technicians.
