Jobot is seeking a Business Development Manager for industrial equipment in Tulsa, OK. The role focuses on winning major projects by building relationships with EPCs and process-industry customers, developing new opportunities, and driving growth across engineered equipment and aftermarket services.

The position offers a 50/50 base and commission split with uncapped earnings and full autonomy to pursue opportunities, working alongside senior leaders and engineers to develop competitive proposals.

Qualificações

• Approximately 5–8 years of business development, technical sales, or commercial experience in heavy industry or engineered industrial equipment.
• Experience developing customer relationships and pursuing complex, high-value industrial sales.
• Experience working with EPCs, engineering contractors, industrial end users, or related process-industry customers.
• Understanding of technical equipment sales, commercial proposals, project procurement cycles, and contract negotiations.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with engineering and estimating teams.
• Strong relationship-building, negotiation, communication, and business-development skills.
• Willingness to travel approximately 40–50% for customer engagement and business development.
