Job summary

Essenti Talent is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale electrical or mechanical EPC projects in our Houston facility with substantial travel. The role requires coordinating clients, executives, field teams, and subcontractors to deliver on time and within budget.

You will drive financial performance, risk mitigation, and operational excellence, mentoring a growing project management team and maintaining safety standards across sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Engineering/Construction/Business.
• 10+ years in electrical, mechanical, industrial, utility, or EPC construction.
• Experience leading multimillion-dollar projects with financial/operational responsibility.
• Certifications like PMP, OSHA 30, First Aid/CPR are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale electrical/mechanical industrial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Manage budgets, cash flow, forecasting, profitability, and change management.
• Direct and coordinate project teams, subcontractors, and vendors to meet objectives.
• Maintain client relationships and serve as primary contact for performance and negotiations.
• Oversee scheduling, procurement, labor, materials, and resource allocation.
• Ensure safety compliance with OSHA and project specifications.
• Mentor project managers and engineers; identify process improvements.
