Job summary

Lenze Americas in the Uxbridge, MA area seeks a Senior Manager, Engineering to lead Industrial Engineering and CI initiatives across manufacturing operations. You will drive safety, quality, cost, and delivery through data-led improvements and strategic leadership of engineers and technicians.

You will shape the IE/CI roadmap, manage capital projects, and partner with IT/OT and Operations to deliver scalable automation and MES/ERP enhancements.

Qualifications

• Hands-on hands-on engineering leader with CI mindset.
• Experience leading IE/CI initiatives improving safety, quality, delivery, cost and productivity.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Industrial Engineering team, setting priorities and performance goals.
• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, problem solving, and continuous improvement.
• Set and execute the IE strategic roadmap to improve safety, quality, delivery, cost, capacity, and productivity.
• Lead Lean/CI initiatives (labor standards, line balancing, layout optimization, material flow, OEE).
• Use data and KPIs to prioritize opportunities, track impact, and sustain improvements.
• Provide senior oversight for manufacturing processes, SOPs, and change implementation.
• Guide escalation for complex manufacturing, test, tooling, and reliability issues.
• Advance automation, MES/ERP improvements and test system strategy with cross-functional teams.
• Partner with Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, and IT/OT to align priorities and plans.
• Govern CI program portfolio, prioritize benefits, manage risks, sustainments.
• Develop capital project inputs, ROI analyses, and implementation plans for equipment.
