Lenze Americas Corporation in Uxbridge, MA seeks a Director of Operations to lead the manufacturing and logistics functions, drive safety, quality, delivery, cost, inventory, and people performance across the Lenze Production System.

You will collaborate across global teams, shape capacity strategies, manage budgets and capital investments, and build high‑performing teams while delivering sustainable growth for Lenze Americas.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of manufacturing operations experience in industrial automation or a comparable technical environment.
• 7+ years of progressive leadership experience in manufacturing, operations, logistics, or supply chain management.
• 5+ years leading leaders within a multi-level organization, with a track record of developing managers and teams.
• Experience leading Lean manufacturing, LPS, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt required; Black Belt preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop Production and Logistics leaders and drive performance and engagement.
• Develop capacity strategies ensuring readiness and scalable growth while meeting customer commitments.
• Lead Lean, LPS, and CI initiatives to improve safety, quality, delivery, productivity and cost.
• Partner with VP, Operations to shape org structure, investment priorities, and long-term objectives.
• Collaborate with global teams to standardize processes and share best practices.
• Own operational budgets, forecasting, costs, and P&L performance.
• Establish KPI management and data-driven decision making across the organization.
