Job summary

Lenze Americas Corporation seeks a Production Manager to lead daily manufacturing across two shifts in Uxbridge, MA. You will guide production Supervisors and frontline teams, ensuring safety, quality, and on‑time delivery while optimizing productivity and cost with Lean principles.

You will drive continuous improvement initiatives, develop talent, and partner with cross‑functional teams to sustain operational excellence and a culture of accountability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 5+ years in progressive manufacturing leadership roles.
• Experience leading multi‑shift operations and 50+ staff.
• Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles and problem‑solving.
• ERP/production data systems experience (SAP preferred).

Responsibilities

• Lead 2‑shift manufacturing operations to meet safety, quality, delivery, and cost targets.
• Drive Lean initiatives, 5S, standard work, and Kaizen activities.
• Develop and coach Production Supervisors and teams; manage performance and succession planning.
• Partner with cross‑functional teams (Engineering, Quality, Planning, Supply Chain).
• Oversee daily management systems, operating metrics, and continuous improvement projects.
