The Senior Manager, Engineering is responsible for leading the Industrial Engineering function to drive operational excellence, continuous improvement, and scalable manufacturing processes across Lenze Americas’ production operations. This role provides technical leadership, people management, and strategic direction to a team of engineers and technicians supporting manufacturing stability, process optimization, test engineering, cost-improvement projects, and equipment reliability. The Senior Manager of Industrial Engineering collaborates extensively with Operations, Logistics, Quality, Supply Chain, Product Management, Service, and IT/OT teams to enhance safety, quality, delivery, and cost performance.
You are a hands-on, strategic engineering leader who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You enjoy developing people, solving complex operational challenges, and turning data into practical improvements that strengthen safety, quality, delivery, cost, and productivity. You bring a strong continuous improvement mindset, the ability to influence across functions, and the leadership presence to balance day-to-day execution with long-term process, technology, and automation strategy.
