Page Mechanical Group, Inc. seeks a Continuous Improvement Manager to lead Lean Manufacturing and Operational Excellence initiatives across five North American locations.

This senior role partners with executives to drive safety, quality, productivity, and cost improvements, embedding continuous improvement into daily operations. You will oversee Industrial Engineering work, coordinate the Lean Journey, and drive waste reduction, KPI governance, and benchmarking with global affiliates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 7–10+ years of experience leading Continuous Improvement, Lean Manufacturing, Operational Excellence, Industrial Engineering, or Manufacturing Operations initiatives.
• Proven track record in Operational Excellence, Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, Six Sigma programs in manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping, Root Cause Analysis, standard work, KPI development.
• Experience leading cross-functional improvement initiatives delivering measurable operational, financial, and customer performance gains.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-wide Lean Manufacturing and Operational Excellence initiatives across multiple facilities.
• Develop, implement, and sustain Continuous Improvement programs and standards across North America.
• Lead Industrial Engineering functions including workflow optimization, facility layout, and labor analysis.
• Coordinate Lean Journey roadmap with milestones, timelines, KPI reporting, and waste targets.
• Drive process improvements across operations, engineering, supply chain, and sales; mentor teams through Kaizen events and Value Stream Mapping.
