Amteck, LLC is hiring an Electrical Maintenance Technician to perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of electrical systems in industrial settings. The role emphasizes safety, NFPA 70B, OEM specs, and NETA standards to ensure uptime and reliability.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in industrial maintenance, strong electrical knowledge, and proficiency with testing equipment. This on-site role supports power distribution, motors, and controls across manufacturing

Qualifications

Ideally 5+ years of experience in an industrial electrical maintenance setting.
Strong understanding of electrical theory, power distribution, and industrial electrical installations.
High proficiency using electrical tools, diagnostic instruments, and testing equipment.
Extensive knowledge of NEC rules and OSHA NFPA 70E and other safety standards.
Ability to travel up to 100% of the time.

Responsibilities

Perform electrical preventive maintenance and testing per NFPA 70B, OEM specs, and NETA standards.
Conduct infrared thermography to identify faults and abnormal heat signatures.
Complete visual inspections of components and connections for wear or damage.
Service power distribution equipment, motors, controls, and related components.
Maintain documentation of inspections, test results, and corrective actions.
